As General Manager of Bouchon Coral Gables, Christopher Harris brings insight and enthusiasm to daily operations, team development and guest relations, establishing an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth throughout the restaurant in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Thomas Castellon.
Hailing from Chicago, Christopher began his career in hospitality after completing his studies in Music Education and Vocal Performance at Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts. Throughout the Chicago area, he held an array of posts ranging from expeditor and captain to sommelier and wine director at Michelin-starred establishments such as Graham Elliot, Grace, Smyth and Entente between the years of 2007 and 2019. In the spring of 2019, Christopher’s experience led him to San Jose, California, where he served as the Assistant General Manager at the three-star Michelin restaurant, Manresa.
Christopher holds a certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and received a nomination for the Jean Banchet Award for his work as the Wine Director of Entente in 2019. Additionally, he contributed to Grace receiving its third Michelin star in its first year of operation while he served as the Sommelier.
