Finesse Magazine
In December 2010, Chef Thomas Keller launched Finesse to provide additional insight into the guest experience at his restaurants and for a larger audience of conscientious diners. Early issues of the magazine showcased the history of each of Chef Keller’s restaurants and since have featured different themes of importance to Chef Keller and TKRG, including Design, Community, Preservation and Evolution.
