Please click on the Submit Payment button below to authorize Ad Hoc + Addendum to charge your credit card for the agreed upon amount in accordance with our terms and conditions outlined on the payment submission form. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent to our secure credit card processing system. Acknowledgement of your payment will be sent to your email address from Payment Logistics upon submission.
