The table opens with pastries, fruit cocktail and Eggs Royale with Regiis Ova Caviar. For the main course, select from Peekytoe Crab "Benedict," Maine Lobster Roll, Shrimp & Grits, Short Rib Hash, or Hen Egg Omelet with Black Truffle.
