The 75-minute guided tour explores more than 150 varieties of fruits, vegetables, microgreens and flowers, while showcasing the restaurant group’s commitment to sustainability and community connection through its produce. The tour begins with a welcome at the front gate, followed by a walk to the patio for refreshments and an introduction to the garden. From there, the group continues along the path, discussing the garden’s rich history, seasonal plantings and close ties to the culinary team.
Along the way, guests will explore the hoop house and visit the chicken coop and bees while sampling peak-season produce–picking just-ripe fruits and vegetables–offering a true sense of the garden’s vitality. The experience concludes with a peaceful walk through the woodland garden, a taste of seasonal sorbet and a parting gift.
