Burgers & Half Bottles is a 10-Week Pop Up from Chef Thomas Keller–offering a fast-casual, family-friendly space. No reservations—just walk in and enjoy.
On the menu: burgers, lobster rolls, fried chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, and Bouchon Bakery ice cream sandwiches and milkshakes.
To drink, Burgers & Half Bottles is offering a curated selection of local wines by the glass or half bottle, and five beers on tap from Russian River Brewing Company—including Pliny the Elder—all served from a vintage 1965 red VW Brew Bus. Lost Coast Brewery Root Beer is on tap too.
