Join Per Se for an unforgettable evening as Le Château Smith Haut Lafitte–one of Bordeaux’s oldest and most iconic wine estates–meets its Napa Valley counterpart, Cathiard Vineyard.
Owner Florence Cathiard will host the evening, presenting wines from her family’s two estates, with vintages spanning from 1998 to 2021, paired with six courses influenced by autumnal ingredients and cuisine in Bordeaux such as Pheasant with Black Truffles and Roasted Figs, Foie Gras with Red Wine Pears and Rainbow Trout with Forest Mushrooms and Beet Butter, in our private West Room at communal seating.
