On Wednesday, July 23rd, we’re thrilled to present “A Tasting of Summer Vegetables with Norwich Meadows Farm,” with a menu celebrating the incredible produce grown by Per Se's longtime partners in upstate New York.
Presented by Per Se’s Chef de Cuisine Chad Palagi, Pastry Chef Elaine Smyth, and Norwich Meadows Farm owner Zaid and Haifa Kurdieh, this special evening will showcase the season’s bounty with dishes featuring summer squash, heirloom tomatoes, and other unique fruits and vegetables from Norwich Meadows Farm.
